Odeion String Quartet at La Motte
Apart from being the only full-time resident string quartet at a South African university, the Odeion String Quartet of Bloemfontein is also the only local professional ladies-only string quartet. Works performed by the ensemble will include Mozart’s playful String Quartet in G Major and Smetana’s moving String Quartet no. 1 in e minor (Aus meinem Leben).
